We’re conveniently located in Wimpole Street, near Oxford Street in central London W1; with good transport links. We are minutes from Oxford Circus and Bond Street tubes, as well as the buses along Oxford Street. There is meter parking outside our building and in the surrounding streets.
The Grove is in a pleasant period building. There is a buzzer entryphone system for the front door and the inner door to The Grove’s premises. The rooms are lower ground floor with big windows and natural light – without being overlooked. Each room contains two armchairs, a couch, a desk and chair, as well as side tables, lamps and plants. Both rooms are suitable for individual and couple work.

Hourly room rental rate is £25 for any time 5pm onwards Monday to Friday; £20 during the daytime latest booking 4pm. Room rental by the hour is only available to team members at The Grove or those therapists already renting rooms on a contract for block bookings outlined below.
Room rental rates for block bookings:
Morning until 12:50pm at £80
Afternoon (from 1pm, finishing at 4:50pm) at £80
All day until 4:50pm at £120
All day plus evening at £200
Evening only 5pm onwards at £100
Information about our premises:
Rental includes: wi-fi, tea & coffee facilities, microwave, toilets for use by therapists and clients, front door key, use of office laptop, access via front door and clients to use entryphone system. There is central heating but no cooling system (apart from opening the windows). The Grove has public liability insurance and the landlord has buildings insurance.
In your publicity and communications, you are welcome to state that you work at The Grove Practice, 4 Wimpole Street, (but not “for” The Grove Practice, to avoid confusion in relation to The Grove’s own team of therapists) giving direction to new clients on how to access the building.
Once you have submitted copies of your professional qualification/accreditation, plus your professional indemnity insurance, we can agree a start date, then you will be asked to commit to a rental contract including the following terms.
- Invoicing by The Grove is monthly in arrears for the agreed number of hours on the actual number of days/weeks that have occurred. Payment terms 14 days.
- Two months’ notice either side.
- Any sub-letting would need to be with The Grove’s written permission in advance.
