What we offer
We are dedicated to providing a safe setting in which to explore personal, relationship or business issues in a confidential environment, with a fully qualified professional therapist.
Our therapists are committed to working ethically and confidentially with clients. We respect individuals and couples, whatever their background, regardless of gender, age, sexuality, religion or nationality.
Our professional standards
Our therapists are accredited by their appropriate professional body. All our therapists are fully qualified and practise under the auspices of their appropriate regulating body: thus they are members of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). All these regulating bodies have rigorous training criteria. Every therapist at The Grove adheres to the comprehensive and strict code of ethics of their professional organisation and of the appropriate regulating body. All our therapists undertake ongoing clinical supervision, as appropriate to their mode of practice.
Many of our practitioners are individual members of professional bodies which reflect their training and areas of specialism, such as the Association for Coaching UK, the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapy.
The Grove Practice is an organisational member of the Association for Coaching, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, as well as the Gay Business Association.
The Grove Practice is a member of the UK Register of Learning Providers which is used by the Learning and Skills Council and the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills.
