Organisation coaching in central London and beyond

Our two core services are executive coaching and team development - in central London, the UK and internationally - for senior people, managers and team leaders.

CoachingWe believe in working with our clients, harnessing their skills and energy, to facilitate profound, positive and sustained change.

Our support is always tailor-made to fit the needs of those individuals, teams and organisations. This includes an appreciation of the challenges and culture of the working environment.

We offer executive coaching and organisational development consultancy in central London, the UK and internationally. Organisations adapting to the demands of rapid change, performance targets and globalisation are increasingly seeking change agents to help manage internal transitions. However, this can bring uncertainty for the people within the organisation, amplified by working with conflicting perspectives and diverse cultures.

The evolving disciplines of coaching and organisation consulting are practical and results-oriented – yet their practice is a human art as much as a science.

Performance Coaching in London and beyond

Executive coaching enhances management performance, within the framework of a pre-agreed number of sessions spanning several months. Coaching programmes are tailored individually and can be delivered concurrently for all members of a management team or all those affected by a particular organisational change.

Coaching sessions are goal-oriented toward successful outcomes, while allowing time for personal reflection and developmental learning.

Our coaching helps clients, and through them their organisations, by:

  • Helping them become more effective in their current role and preparing for new roles
  • Recognising performance drivers and effective ways of delivering against them
Focusing on leveraging their existing strengths and skills
  • Identifying and overcoming obstacles to performance
  • Improving communication skills and positive behavioural change

The fee depends on the location and frequency of the coaching. Typically at Wimpole Street, central London, the fee is £60 - £100 + VAT per session.

Management development and organisation consulting

With an ethos formed from humanistic psychology, our consultancy team works at large process level within organisations using a transformational model for management teams engaged in change. Our consultants work on strengthening executives’ interpersonal and behavioural skills in relation to achieving strategic goals. This involves attending to system process, culture and gender. Our approach focuses on organisational process, drawing on humanistic and integrative theoretical models.

Organisations benefit particularly in circumstances such as restructuring or relocation, mergers or acquisitions, redundancy or role changes, promotion or formation of management teams, or change to meet performance targets. The Grove in central London supports CEOs, directorates or HR teams in delivering transformational change.
