Andrew specialises in using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to combat stress and anxiety – whether caused for personal reasons or at work. He holds an MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy gained at Goldsmiths, University of London. This Masters degree is in addition to coaching and stress management qualifications from the Centre for Coaching and the Centre for Stress Management, plus his MA in European Management from Cranfield School of Management and Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
So Andrew uses this cognitive behaviour-based approach in both a coaching and psychotherapeutic capacity.
