| Individual, couple and family sessions |
 The fee for individuals is £95 plus VAT per session.
The fee for couples is £120 plus VAT per session.
The fee for family groups is £140 plus VAT per session.
It is important that sessions are regular, usually at a frequency of once a week or sometimes more often, by arrangement with your therapist. Missed or cancelled sessions are chargeable.

| Reduced-fee service |
We offer a limited number of places within our reduced-fee service, for which the session fee is £60 plus VAT and eligibility is discretionary, dependent upon your circumstances. Appointments are usually mid-morning or afternoon, at a regular weekly time. As with all our appointments, missed or cancelled sessions are chargeable. | What payment is accepted? |
You may pay by cheque to The Grove Practice Limited, by debit card or credit card, by cash or online banking transfer.
For card payments, we are charged by the card companies for using this facility. We pass on this charge to those who choose to pay by card. The charge for payment by debit card is 50p per transaction. The charge for payment by credit card is 3%. |

| Confirming your appointment |
Once you have contacted us and made the appointment for an initial session, you will be asked to secure the appointment with your credit card or debit card. These card details are kept securely and your card would only be charged in the event that you do not attend the scheduled appointment. |

Our therapists commit to regular weekly appointments with our clients, because of the importance of regularity and continuity of sessions. Missed appointments or cancelled sessions are chargeable in full, apart from in exceptional circumstances by arrangement with your therapist. This enables us to reserve your usual weekly appointment time. |
