Training & development
At The Grove, we are interested in supporting personal and professional development. Indeed, we believe that these two areas are linked. So we offer a range of courses in central London. Some are intended as continuous professional development (CPD) for counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches and psychologists. Others are specialist trainings in particular fields. All our courses equip you with enhanced awareness and communication skills which bring the capability for increased professional or professional effectiveness

Diploma in integrative supervision
This training offers counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists and those in the helping professions the opportunity to develop therapeutic supervisory skills. The course is run on a multi-modal, multi-disciplinary basis. We recognise that nowadays supervisors may be supervising practitioners from different theoretical backgrounds from their own, particularly in organisational contexts. So our approach in this training is integrative – including a range of models and supervision concepts – while upholding the existing framework and background of each course participant.
